Herbs With Rosalee Podcast Interview

June 4, 2025

I had the fortunate opportunity to be a guest on Rosalee de la Forêt’s podcast, Herbs With Rosalee, to talk about a plant that is near and dear to me, Red Osier Dogwood, and to share this recipe .

Rosalee is a herbalist that I have been following for many years through her fantastic articles and recipes on LearningHerbs.com, via her books (Alchemy of Herbs and Wild Remedies), her information rich website herbalremediesadvice.org and also her podcast. She shares with the world in so many ways and in each way shines a bright light on the world of herbalism.

This winter I also taught ‘The Foundations of TCM’ and ‘The Five Elements’ for her students as a part of the comprehensive program, The Herbal Energetics Course.

It has been such a pleasure to be apart of the creations that she is sharing with the world!
