What is Traditional medicine..

"Traditional medicine is the sum total of the knowledge, skills, and practices based on the theories, beliefs, and experiences indigenous to different cultures, whether explicable or not, used in the maintenance of health as well as in the prevention, diagnosis, improvement or treatment of physical and mental illness." - World Health Organization

Tiffany blends her knowledge of local, Western & Traditional Chinese Herbal medicines through recommendations and preparations from an in-house herbal apothecary.

In making herbal preparations many different parts of the plants may be used depending on the preparation such as the roots, flowering tops, stems & leaves, and many different ways of preparations may be employed: tincture, teas, infusions, oils, salves, hydrosols etc.

Whichever the method herbal preparations are tailored to the individual based on a personally tailored assessment using traditional medical techniques.

I don’t believe we are here to own, or conquer Earth. I feel we are a marriage between Her and Spirit. I celebrate that we are multi-dimensional Beings. Our Etheric, Astral (Emotional), and Mental bodies are but interference patterns between Gaia and Spirit. This includes influences from genetic (patterns of the Gaia) and other life times (patterns from Spirit). Nothing to take too seriously.
